Cendol Maklom

Looking for best malay condol in penang?

I heard from my friends that Maklom's cendols is superb and nobody can challenge this one. So I went there to check.

Its just a small stall but when you come at the wrong time,you will end up with long queue.If anybody has tried this and know there a better cendol in Penang,please let me know.

ABC Lumut Waterfront

Do you ever see a warship with your own eyes?How if you can sit infront of warship and enjoy an ABC(Air Batu Campur)?Nice isn't it? Our Royal Malaysian Navy(TLDM) has gift one of their warship to Perak government for tourist attraction in Lumut. Don't believe it? Here I share photos of my kids infront of the warship(KD Rahmat ) while waiting ABC to be served.

But what I want to share with you is the special ABC in Lumut.I have travel to many places but the ABC in Lumut is still the best for me. Furthermore with new attraction in Lumut as mentioned above, it gives you additional point why you should go to Lumut.

• My good comment: a lot of ingredients, a lot of peanuts, a lot of......Other than that, here you can order the special bihun kung fu.My wife said the cook know how to make this Bihun Kung fu so special.I traveled far from Penang 2 times this month to Lumut for this ABC and Bihun Kung fu.Must try yourself.

For those who already bored with Mee Udang but still love prawn,lobster etc; you can try the very authentic Mee Udang Lipan.Weird isn't it?What is this?Here I attach the picture.

This is the place where eco tourim meets the good foods.The basic concept of this restaurant is brilliant and I hope a lot more restaurant like this will be opened.All this while I heard only stories from my friends about this restaurant. Most of them complained about the price.Because of that I hold my trip and focused more on cheaper restaurant. Just recently I feel that I must experience myself.

• Goat farm?? Yes...you will see this on the way to toilet.You can go inside the farm and touch those goats. The farm also clean.

• The food...I chosed the recommendation from the restaurant. Puncak Mutiara Specials...

• Location : Kampung Pelet,Bukit Mertajam (GPS : N 5 24.923' ; E 100 23.379')
• Serving : Specialised in beef,mutton,chicken with hundreds of menus
• Budget: MYR19 for Puncak Mutiara Special(fruit juice included).Do not compare with normal malay restaurant.Look at the investment made by the owner and what they can give you.More berbaloi than Kenny Rogers, Nando, Secret recipes and all its kind.

• my good comment: tasty. Better taste than Batu Pahat Nasi Briyani Mohd Syah.(Mohd Syah a lot cheaper).I enjoyed every moment with a nice surrounding and also a piece of mind relaxing music. The kids also can have fun with animals there. Don't forget to bring your camera! Deserve to be one of Famous Penang Malay food restaurant.
• my bad comment: Need a better sigboard.The road to the restaurant is also narrow and challenging.Even though its a kampung road,somebody need to do something.
