Akuarium Pulau Pinang

 Kepada sesiapa yg ingat nak bawa family jalan2 tgk ikan yg best2 dgn harga yg murah,anda boleh lah ke Akuarium Pulau Pinang(GPS:5.286755,100.28625).Kenapa murah?Sbb ni adalah under Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia dan secara asasnya ia dalah bukan berasaskan keuntungan semata mata.

 Ia dibuka setiap hari kecuali Rabu dari 10pagi hingga 5 petang.Bayaran pula adalah MYR5 utk 1 dewasa manakala kanak2 7~12 tahun adalah MYR2.Romboongan sekolah pula cuma MYR1.5 sahaja.Percuma utk kanak2 bawah 7 tahun,OKU dan warga emas atas 55 tahun.

 Tempatny tak lah sebesar mana tapi boleh la utk memberi keriangan dan kelainan trio hujung minggu kita.Pada permulaan anda akan disajikan dgn kolam air mcm gambar kat atas.

 Kemudian anda akan disajikan pula dgn rangka2 haiwan ataupun haiwan yg sudah diawet.Gambar kat atas adalah rangka dugong.Ameer adalah pengemar filem sains fiksyen y berumur 4 tahun.Ayat pertama yg keluar bila dia nampak rangka dugong...."Abah..ada dinosour!".

 pelbagai spesis hidupan marin yg kita boleh lihat termasuk juga dari benua lain.Contohnya ikan diatas yg dikatan satu family dgn pirana.Sekali tengok mcm bawal pun ada.Kebetulan kami pun baru lepas pekena bawal kelapa sawit.Bila tanya areef yg berumur 2 tahun pasal ikan ni,ingatkan dia kata takut.rupanya dia kata "sedap". Harap2 rasa dia sama dgn bawal lah yek.

 Selama ni x pernah tengok toman(atas).selama ni dengar cerita je yg dia boleh melompat dan menyambar monyet atas pokok.Bila tengok gelagat dia dlm akuarium ni,mmg boleh percaya la cerita tu.memang lincah ikan ni.dalam gambar nampak mcm kecik tapi sebenarnya lebih besar dari peha org gemuk.

 Selain ikan cantik,ada gak ikan huduh.

 Diakhir journey,ada mini pawagam yg skrinnya adalah akuarium besar.Saiz akuariumnya sama mcm size skrin pawagam.tempat duduk mcm pawagam juga disediakan.kepada pemina ikan yg suka spend masa lama depan akuarium,mmg best la dok kat mini pawagam nih.Mcm2 hidupan marin ada dlm.Ada yg big size dan ada juga kecik.Menggambarkan hidupan marin yg sebenar kat laut dalam.

 Antara tarikan dalam akuarium besar ni adalah penyu besar.Ada lebih kurang 5 ekor dm ni.Penyu besar ni ada paruh mcm burung.Tenang rasany bila tengok dia berenang.Seolah2 terbang mcm burung juga.

Diluarnya ada taman.Kita boleh beli makan ikan dan bagi ikan2 tu makan.Taman pun cantik utk bergambar.
Penambahbaikan yg perlu utk akuarium Pulau Pinang ni adalah pada aircon.Ada sesetengah tempat,mmg rasa panas dan sesak nafas.

Nak cari tempat makan best di Penang?This is one of my recommendation.

My good comment: When you first see the menu and its price,you will think this place is expensive.But when you see the big size plate,no arguement about price anymore.The environment is nice.Initially it was a traditional malay house and later renovated to be a wonderful restaurant.It's an open kitchen and you can see how busy they are.This new malay restaurant show their class.May be their close competitor is Puncak Mutiara Cafe.

My bad comment: The restaurant is very close to the main road.Take care of your child.Also mosquitos at night.

DOLI kuey teow goreng

This time I would like to bring you outside from Penang.Not far and its just 70km from Penang.Perhaps this just another stopping point for you before or after your visit to Penang.

• My good comment: Good achievement for malay entrepreneur who starts from small stall.Now they have proper premise with air-cond.In tem of taste basically in Spore they call this Char Kuey Teow.
•  My bad comment: Very long waiting time.5 minutes to be seated.15 minutes to take orders (with showing your anger).1 hour Air Kosong to arrive. 1 hour 10min for MYR4 Kuey tiow goreng to arrive.5min to eat the kuey tiow.
• Additional comment:I've been told that the owner prepared the kueytiow by themselves for some reason. We believe secrecy is one of them.This makcik&pakcik sacrificed a lot until many people knows "DOLI".The name is already there and makcik&pakcik should go to another step.This is the step where Kolonel Sanders took to make his KFC goes to all over the world with his secret recipe.Yet the recipe remain secret.By doing this DOLI can solve their main problem which is serving time and most important,they can grow.

Cendol Maklom

Looking for best malay condol in penang?

I heard from my friends that Maklom's cendols is superb and nobody can challenge this one. So I went there to check.

Its just a small stall but when you come at the wrong time,you will end up with long queue.If anybody has tried this and know there a better cendol in Penang,please let me know.
